Not really. I only work with one business per industry in each area — for example, one builder in Vancouver, one gym installer in Surrey, etc. It keeps things clean. When I help you rank, it's your spot. I won't take on your competitors down the street.
We start by fixing the foundation — rebuilding your website, setting up tracking, and making sure your SEO and follow-ups actually work. From there, it's about refining, testing, and scaling. You'll always know what's happening, and every change has a clear reason behind it.
Usually, once the new system is live, results start to build within the first couple of months. It's not about quick wins — it's about creating momentum that keeps growing on its own.
There's a 6–12 month commitment — just long enough to rebuild everything properly and see results. After that, you get options. If things are working well, we can keep going and focus on longer-term growth. Or, if you'd rather take it from there, I'll walk you through how to manage the system yourself and hand everything over. Once we wrap up, you fully own what we built, and I'm free to work with another business in your industry. It keeps things fair for both sides.
